MOST OF OUR ITEMS DO NOT HAVE SET RELEASE DATES. THE BEST WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MISS OUT ON ANY NEW OR EXCLUSIVE RELEASES IS TO SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER.
On occasion we will re-stock some of our popular styles, or release them in new colorways with each collection. It’s worth keeping an eye on our New Arrivals section for items that have been restocked, or signing up to our newsletter to receive exclusive announcements about re-stocks and releases.

Orders within Canada are always granted a tracking number. US and international orders are not granted a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking. If the shipping method does include tracking, your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your tracking number/link will allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order.

have yet to receive your order within 10 business days for parcels with

If a particular size and color way says "Pre-Order", this means we’re currently accepting advanced orders on this item. You’ll be among the first people to receive this item when it’s ready to ship. All our listings for pre-order items include an expected dispatch date.
