FREE SHIPPING

- Free standard shipping is available on all Canadian and US orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

DELIVERY & TRACKING

Ricardo Cavolo processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 20 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at orders@ricardocavolo.com and we will advise Canada Post.

CUSTOMS

Ricardo Cavolo is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Please note: We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Ricardo Cavolo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
