SHIPPING COST

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on all Canadian and US orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

RETURNS
Because we are a small operation, we are not able to accept returned merchandise at this moment. Make sure to check the size chart before ordering or contact us before placing an order if you have any concerns.

REFUNDS
If you received a product that is defective or that was broken during shipping, we will issue a refund. Contact us to andre at ricardocavolo dot com upon immediate reception of the defective merchandise.

FINAL SALE
All sales of gift cards, socks, and “sale” items are FINAL. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.

Any item(s) purchased at regular price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale. All orders purchased during sales are final, no exchanges or refund.

We process orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be fully processed (shipped). You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (when available) once your order has shipped.

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 20 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at andre at ricardocavolo dot com and we will advise Canada Post.

Duty fees may apply depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for paying all charges related to customs and local taxes. We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
